VPS DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
To remove the VPS system from the helmet, open the visor and lower the VPS by rotating the side
slider towards the bottom of the helmet (Fig. 6 B).
Hold the left lateral part of the VPS and lift the VPS to the outside of the helmet (Fig. 7).
Repeat the same steps on the right side of the helmet (Fig. 8).
VPS ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
To fit the VPS system from the helmet, open the visor and make sure the side slider is placed
towards the bottom of the helmet (Fig. 6 B).
Insert the VPS right end into the right side guide until the grip pawl is hooked in shell housing
(Fig. 8).
Repeat the same steps on the left side (Fig. 7).
Check the correct VPS operation by rotating the left side slider upwards (Fig. 6 A) and towards
the bottom of the helmet (Fig. 6 B) until you hear the clicks meaning that it is in the relevant
positions.
If necessary, repeat the above-mentioned steps.

If the visor and/or VPS opening/closing mechanisms are damaged or malfunctioning, please
contact a Nolan authorised dealer.

Do not use the helmet if the VPS has not been assembled properly.
WARNING

Since the VPS does not assure you the same protection as the one provided by the visor, it
has to be used only when the helmet visor is pulled down.
• WIND
PROTECTOR
(Available as standard or optional accessory)
This accessory allows improved helmet performance under certain conditions of use.
The Wind Protector reduces infiltrations of air under the chin.

ASSEMBLY
1.1 Remove the left front cheek pad flap between the chin guard and the base edge trim
(Fig. 10 B).
1.2 After inserting the front section of the wind protector between the EPS inner chin guard and
the outer shell, slide the wind protector counter-clockwise as shown in Fig. 9.A.
1.3 Insert the left front cheek pad flap between the chin guard and the base edge trim (Fig. 10 B).

DISASSEMBLY
2.1 Remove the left front cheek pad flap between the chin guard and the base edge trim
(Fig. 10 B).
2.2 Remove the wind protector clockwise as shown in Fig. 9 B.
2.3 Insert the left front cheek pad flap between the chin guard and the base edge trim (Fig. 10 B).
WARNING!!!
The Wind Protector is easily removable. You can check the correct assembly of this accessory by
pulling it gently towards the inner part of the helmet with your thumb and forefinger. If it moves,
repeat the assembling steps.
