EDGE mode troubleshooting differs slightly from basic GSM troubleshooting

Establish connection to the phone normally (see GSM900/1800/1900 troubleshooting instruc-
tions).

Select product from the menu:

File -> Choose Product -> RM-12

From toolbar, set operating mode to “Local”
