Nokia IP2255 Security Platform Installation Guide

Caution

To avoid potential service interruptions from momentary facility
power interruptions and potential power spikes that might damage
your equipment, Nokia strongly recommends that you use an
uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with surge protection with your
appliance.

To connect the power supply

1.

Connect the power cord securely into the power cord receptacle on the
power supply.

2.

Plug the other end of the power cord into a grounded power strip or wall
outlet.

3.

Toggle the power switch to the on position to provide power to the
appliance.
