Run Windows Control Panel  - Add / Remove Programs, choose “Phoenix Service Soft-
ware” and click  "Add/Remove".  In the following view choose “Repair”.

Phoenix will reinstall components and register them, the procedure is the same as in the 
update installation.

Choose “Finish” to complete.
