Restore original settings
To restore the original device settings, select Menu

do this, you need your device lock code. After resetting,
the device may take a longer time to switch on.
Documents, contact information, calendar entries, and
files are unaffected.
Positioning settings
Select Menu

To use a specific positioning method to detect the location
of your device, select Positioning methods .
To select a positioning server, select Positioning server .
To select which measurement system you want to use for
speeds and distances, select Notation preferences

Measurement system .
To define in which format the coordinate information is
displayed in your device, select Notation preferences
>
Coordinate format .
E-mail key settings
Select Menu

To select which mailbox to open with the e-mail key, select
E-mail key settings

E-mail key , and press the scroll
key.
Telephone settings
Select Menu

Select from the following:
• Call — Define general call settings.
• Call divert — Define your call divert settings. See "Call
divert", p. 31.
• Call barring — Define your call barring settings. See
"Call barring", p. 32.
• Network — Adjust the network settings.

Select from the following:
• Send my caller ID — Display your phone number to
the person you are calling.
• Send my internet call ID — Display your internet call
address to the person you are calling using an internet
call. This setting is only available if you have defined
internet call service settings.
• Call waiting — Set the device to notify you of incoming
calls while you are in a call (network service).
• Internet call waiting — Set the device to notify you
of a new incoming internet call while you are in a call.
This setting is only available if you have defined
internet call service settings.
• Internet call alert — Select On to set your device to
alert for incoming internet calls. If you select Off , you
receive only a notification if you missed a call. This
