pressure changes together with atmospheric pressure and depends on many factors, e.g. physical loads, 
emotional excitability, stress, meals, dietary pattern, etc. Diff  erent medicines, alcohol, smoking render 
large infl uence to level of arterial blood pressure. When blood pressure is measured in a hospital, it could 
be higher than when measured at home. This is because you are tense at the hospital and relaxed at 
home. Because arterial blood pressure increases in low temperature, determine arterial blood pressure 
in room temperature (approximately 20° C). If this device was stored in low temperature, it is necessary 
to bear it before using at least 1 hour in room temperature; otherwise, result of the measurement 
can be wrong. Blood pressure changes easily and the diff  erence in persons health during day can be 
before 30-50 mmHg of systolic (higher) pressure and before 10 mmHg of diastolic (lower) pressure. The 
dependency of the arterial blood pressure on diff  erent factors is individual in every person. Therefore, 
it is recommended to write the special diary book of data of arterial blood pressure. ONLY QUALIFIED 
PHYSICIAN CAN INTERPRET YOUR ARTERIAL BLOOD PRESSURE DATA OF YOUR DIARY BOOK

4  Make arterial blood pressure measurement in time determined by your personal doctor in 
case of cardio-vascular diseases and other diseases when monitoring of arterial blood pressure is 
necessary. REMEMBER! DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF HYPERTENSIONS CAN BE MADE ONLY BY
QUALIFIED PHYSICIAN ON BASE OF ARTERIAL PRESSURE DATA GOT BY PHYSICIAN ONESELF.

5  The right measurement of arterial pressure can be diffi

  cult in deep arteriosclerosis, in weak pulse 

wave, in patients with expressed changes of heart
contraction rhythm. Let a qualifi ed physician interpret your blood pressure readings.
6  IT IS NECESSARY TO KEEP THE SILENCE DURING MEASUREMENT BY THIS DEVICE TO GET CORRECT 
DATA OF YOUR ARTERIAL BLOOD PRESSURE. Measurement of the arterial blood pressure should be 
conducted in a quiet environment in room temperature. Avoid eating for 1 hour, drinking alcohol for 
1,5 -2 hours, smoking and other activities that aff  ect your blood pressure right before a measurement.
7  For accuracy of the arterial blood pressure measurement the measuring range of the cuff  should 
be corresponded to the size of your upper arm. THE CUFF SHOULD NOT BE SMALLER OR ON THE 
CONTRARY GREATER THAN NECESSARY.
8  Make repeated arterial blood pressure measurements with interval 3 minutes to restore the blood 
circulation. Suff  ering from pronounced atherosclerosis persons are required more time interval of the 
measurements (10-15 minutes) because elasticity of vessels decreased signifi cantly in this disease.
That is same for patients suff  ering from sugar diabetes for a long period of time. For more exact 
determination of the arterial pressure, conduct the series of 3 consequent measurements then to 
calculate the average of measurement results.
