AFTER USING THE MACHINE
1. Press the lower part of the switch (59) to turn on the filter shaker, clean the hopper dust filter and empty the hopper (see the
previous paragraph).
2. Lift the main broom with the lever (53).
3. Turn all controls to off position.
4. Turn off the machine by turning the ignition key (57) to “O”, then remove it.
5. Engage the parking brake.
6. If necessary, charge the batteries (see the procedure in Maintenance chapter).
7. Check the maintenance schedule and perform any required maintenance before storage.
8. Store the machine indoors.
NOTE
The machine can be cleaned with a pressure washer as long as it is not sprayed directly at or into electrical components.
The machine should always be allowed to dry completely before each use.
Report all defects or malfunctions to any Nilfisk Service Center or to service personnel.
MACHINE LONG INACTIVITY
If the machine is not going to be used for more than 30 days, proceed as follows:
1. Perform the procedures shown in After Machine Use paragraph.
2. Check that the machine storage area is dry and clean.
3. Disconnect the battery connector with the control (21).
4. (For machines equipped with dust guard system). Empty the tank (4) and clean the water filter (30) (see the procedure in
Maintenance chapter).
