12. Check the tightness of the throttle cable
clamp. If necessary, tighten the throttle cable
housing clamp screws to firmly secure the
throttle cable housing. Do not over-tighten.
The throttle lever must be able to freely
advance or retract the throttle cable.
13.
Move throttle lever to idle position.
Advance the throttle lever fully.
Verify high speed engine RPM is 3500 to
3600.
Move throttle lever to idle position.
Verify low speed engine RPM is 1600 to
1700.
