MEDIA ACCESS CONTROL ADDRESS (MAC ID)
LOCATING THE MAC ID
The Media Access Control Address (MAC ID), tells the
IntelliControl ICS Modular MultiZone Receiver which
device, in this case an iRemote, is sending commands.
The IntelliControl ICS Modular MultiZone Receiver then
knows which zone to turn on and which source to select
for that zone.
See the diagrams below for the location of the MAC
IDs for each user interface.
