The frame rate figure indicates the maximum frame rate of the camera.
The image display speed of the PC varies significantly depending on the PC’s operating environment
and the IEEE1394 data transfer rate.
Given below are approximate maximum frame rates for image display:
DS-Qi1Mc 640 x 480 pixels x one color (monochrome) 30 fps
DS-Fi1c 640 x 480 pixels x 3 colors (RGB) 23 fps
DS-Ri1 640 x 480 pixels x 3 colors (RGB) 29 fps
*2 Pixel-shifting mode:
Pixel-shifting is a high-resolution photographing function available by using software on PC which is
connected with IEEE1394b cable.

Failure to use the DS AC adapter in any of the cases above may reduce performance of the device.
