Fit cover and housing together.

(1) Align eyelets of cover with recesses of

housing.

(2) Press pawls of housing into respective

window [6] of cover until the pawls are
firmly fitted into the windows.

Note

● If they are loosely fitted and the cutting head

is turned, the cover inside the components

can fly off which is dangerous.

5.3.2 Replacement of Cap

Push the hole [1] with a thin rod to pull
out the cap.

Align the boss (protrusion) of cap [2]

with the pipe groove to insert the cap
[2].

Make sure that the cap will not come

off.

5.3.3 Replacement of Cutting Knife

Loosen the screw [1].

Replace the cutting knife [2] with a new

one.

Tighten the screw [1].

Torque : 4.4 to 6 N·m
