If the HR ZONE is ON you will have to press the
MODE
button until KG WT or LBS WT appears on the display.
Select Weight Units
Enter Your Weight
Enter Your Age
Enter Your
Maximum
Heart Rate
Back to HR ZONE.
Press
SET / LIGHT
to EXIT adjust function.
NOTE:
Your Max. HR can be determined using the Heart Rate Chart
near the back of this manual. The chart has a basic calculation and
may not work for everyone. For best results, consult your physician
for a Max. HR that is correct for you.
