Position the master link
in roughly this position.

Disconnect the gas line from the broiler.
2.
Turn the machine on and wait for the master link
(illustration #1) to be positioned on the top, near the rear of
the broiler (illustration #2) then turn the unit off.
3.
Loosen the 4 – 7/16 bolts that hold the Chain
Tensioner Rod (illustration #3).

Push the Chain Tensioner Rod up to create slack in
the chain.
5.
Pull up on the conveyor belt to gain some slack,
then uncouple the master link from the rest of the conveyor.
6.
NOTE ROUTING OF THE CHAIN, then remove
from broiler.
7.
Clean and dry the chain thoroughly.
8.
Make sure that the open ends of the link are facing
up and pointing towards the feed end of the broiler as
shown in illustration #1.
9.
Refer to page 16 for instructions on adjusting the
conveyor belt tension.
