INSTALLATION OF USB DRIVER

Have the optional USB cable (31001-E076, provided with the USB driver) handy. The procedure var-
ies with the OS of the computer.

3.1

Installation Procedure (Windows 7)

Follow the procedure below for computer running Windows 7.

* Log in as an administrator. Some procedures might not be displayed due to security
setting.

Connect the LM-1000, LM-1000P, or LM-1200 and computer with the USB cable.

Turn on the LM-1000, LM-1000P, or LM-1200.

The operating system recognizes unknown devices.

Open the Property in My Computer.

4

Open the “Device Manager”

The new dialog is displayed.

Open the added “Lensmeter USB
Devices”

The new dialog is displayed.
