14.17 Background cycles

This parameter displays the number of background cycles processed each second.

14.18 PCB temperature

This parameter displays the temperature of the module in °C.

This parameter displays the module hardware revision number.

The SI-Interbus module serial number is a 10-digit decimal number loaded during
manufacture and cannot be changed.
