1. Initial screen: you can select the appearance of the initial screen by holding the control button.
2. Steps: information about the amount of steps walked, kilometers and burned calories.
3. Heart rate: blood pressure measurement starts automatically, it takes about 15 seconds to
complete the measurement.

complete the measurement.
SYNCHRONIZATION
Always synchronize with the fitness band for displaying the current values and statistics or the saved
settings within the mobile application. Synchronization occurs automatically when opening the mobile
application and you can also synchronize within the mobile application by swiping your finger down on
the main screen.
FUNCTIONS OF THE BAND
You activate the fitness band display by pressing the control button or by turning your wrist sense to a
horizontal position (you must give permission within the application to allow this function).
You can switch through the individual functions of the band (screens) with a short press of the control
button and you can display other options by holding the control button or you can confirm the chosen
function.
