you can turn on the reminder for stretching and physical activity (appropriate for those who
have a desk job, for example). After pressing the reminder, you can set the interval and the start/end
of the reminder.
Do not disturb mode:
the band will not vibrate within the interval of 22:00-08:00.
CHARGING
The battery’s status is displayed by a symbol on the band‘s initial display. Take off the band‘s bottom
strap for charging. Then, connect the USB connector to a PC or to any kinds of adapter, for example,
an adapter from a mobile phone (we recommend an output stream of at least 1A and 5V voltage). Fully
charging the band takes approximately 2.5 hours.
