Nextel Connection Manager User Guide
Step-by-Step to Specifying Applications
You may specify the application you want to launch for a particular connection. For example, compression
software may be used to increase connection speed. To specify an application, follow the steps below.
1 From the Connections main screen, click the connection. Click
Properties .
2 The Connections Settings screen appears with options that allow you to:

Further adjust settings
•
Access and specify applications
•
To specify an application, click the Applications tab.
3 Click on the application you want to add or delete. Use Up and Down to navigate through the applications
listing if there is a number of an application already specified.
4 Click either Add or Delete . Click OK .
