HotSpot Locator
The
HotSpot locator
helps you find the nearest Nextel WiFi HotSpot by searching by Category, Country, State,
City or Street address. After clicking search, the list of available HotSpots will be displayed. By selecting a
network and clicking properties you will get additional information on that specific network. This tool will show you
where to find the nearest WiFi HotSpot, however it will not help you to connect to this network.
You can also use your WiFi subscription to login via the LAN cable in certain hotel rooms. Follow these directions
to use the LAN cable in your hotel room:
1 Do not start up the Nextel Connection Manager.
2 Follow the directions that the hotel provides.
3 When the browser comes up, click the
Connection Options
link.
4 Click
Nextel
.
5 Click on
Continue
.
6 Enter you MyNextel member name and password.
