Removing a port from the MXL interface
To delete a port previously added, the MXL interface is not active. If the MXL interface
is active, you first remove the MXL interface.
STEP1>
Using the “show interface” command, verify whether the MXL interface is
active. And then, if the MXL interface is active, remove the MXL interface.
Usage Examples:
(conf)# interface mx0 bridge disable
This command removes Bridging mode from the mx0 interface.
(conf)# interface mx0 delete
This command removes Routing mode from the mx0 interface.
STEP2>
Using the following command, removes ports from the MXL interface so they
function as individual ports.
COMMAND
(conf)# device mx0 unbind {all|<ifname>}

all : all of the ports
<ifname> - port name
