THINGS TO REMEMBER
Sleep mode
If the power switch of the Thermo Chef Natura is on
but without any operation, it will enter into sleep mode
in order to save electricity. At this time, the backlight of
the LCD display is off with only local time displayed.
The power consumption of the Thermo Chef Natura
in sleep mode is less than 1W. If you want to restart
the appliance, what you need to do is press any button
on the control panel. If you do not need to use Thermo
Chef Natura for a long time, we suggest you pull out
the plug from the outlet.
Electronic motor protection:
The motor protection program monitors the working
condition of the motor and make the motor stop
working when something which will cause damage
to the appliance is about to take place. Thermo Chef
has recipe attached. Generally speaking, if you use
it according to the guidance in the recipe, the motor
protection program will not start. But if the food to
be processed exceeds the quantity required, this
protection program will start immediately and make the
motor stop working. In this case, error code ”E5” will
appear on the display panel and what you need to
do is as follows:
• Turn of the power switch at the back of the appliance
• Take apart the blending bowl and open it to see
whether there is food blocked the blades.
• Take away some food from the bowl or add some
liquid.
• Put the blending bowl on the appliance again
• Turn on the power switch and choose the relevant
speed practically. Restart the FP.
• Note: it is better to wait 3 to 5 minutes for the
appliance to cool down before restarting.
• If error code (E5)still appears on the screen after
the appliance cooling down, please contact our
Customer Service Department.
First use and overload
When the appliance is used for the first time or if
the motor is overloaded during food preparation,
the motor may transmit some abnormal smells.
These will be reduced/eliminate, as usage
continues.
