6.10

Installation of add-on lenses.

Always make sure that the monocular is switched off when
you put on or take off the add-on lens.

Note: The following procedure is identical for 3x lenses (or any
other add-on lenses).

Turn off the monocular. Remove the lens cap. Press the lens
firmly towards the eyepiece. Do not apply excessive pressure.
Make sure that the lens is fixed well on the monocular. To return
the monocular back to 1x magnification, pull off the lens.
