Void Function
The acts like a sales voiding key whenever you are
in Sales mode. It is used to subtract the price of damaged or returned
packages whose sales were issued by the scale. This is done in order
for the scale to keep more accurate sales data. No labels are issued
whenever you do a void. The voided items are printed with strike on
receipt.
To use Void function :
1. Start from the
Initial State
or the SUB TOTAL view.
2. Press .
3. Then “VoId” character will appear in the Weight Display. And
the number of sold item and the number of the void will
appear in the Unit Price Display. The Total Price will appear in
the Total Price Display.
4. Select the sold item you want to void by Pressing key
Press
SAVE
.
5. When you finished, Press .
Discount Function (Receipt)
To use Discount function :
1. Start from the
Initial State
.
2. Press
1 SET
.
3. Then The “disc” character will appear in the Weight Display. And
the “Per” character will appear in the Unit Price Display. The
percentage of discount will appear in Total Price Display.
4. Enter the percent of discount: it must be from 0.00 to 99.99.
5. Press
PRINT
or
Enter
.
6. Press
FOR
in the sub total view
7. The “SUB TOTAL DISC” character will appear in alpha display.
