PIM-SM BSR Candidate Configuration

To display the PIM-SM BSR Candidate Configuration page, click 

Routing

 Multicast

 

PIM-SM 

 BSR Candidate Configuration

.

1. 

Use 

Interface

 to select the interface for which data is to be configured.

2. 

Use 

Priority

 to enter the priority of C-BSR.

3. 

Use 

Hash Mask Length

 to enter the C-BSR hash mask length to be advertised in bootstrap 

messages. This hash mask length will be used in the hash algorithm for selecting the RP for 
a particular group. The valid values are from 0 to 32. Default value is 30.

4. 

Click 

DELETE

 to delete the RP address selected.

5. 

Click 

REFRESH

 to refresh the data on the screen with the latest PIM-SM neighbor 

information.
