Model FB104 100 Mbps Network Starter Kit Installation Guide
This kit includes everything you need to set up a 100 Mbps network using two Pentium PCs
running Windows
®
95. When you have finished setting up your network, you will be able to share
files, printers, CD-ROMs, and applications. You can expand your 100 Mbps network by adding
another 100 Mbps hub to connect additional PCs. It is important to remember that all networked
PCs must have 100 Mbps network cards (such as the NETGEAR Model FA310TX) installed.
These five easy steps provide information for installing and using your network:
1. Verify Package Contents
2. Install the Hub
3. Install a Network Card in Each PC
4. Connect the Network Cables
5. Install the Windows 95 Network Driver
As a last step, be sure to fill out and send in your warranty card.
Unpack the contents of the package and make sure that you have everything.
