Click on the “NEXT”
button to enter the
Record Test. Select
“Yap Phone Audio” as
the preferred device
from the list.
Now, press the “TEST”
button and record a
short, four-second
message by speaking
into your phone. Just
a few words will do
(ex. Testing, Testing,
1,2,3). Once you record your message, you should immediately
hear it played back. If you do, continue the SETUP WIZARD by
clicking on the “NEXT” button. If you don’t, make sure that your
soundcard is functioning properly.
Next, run the NETWORK
& FIREWALL TEST. The
NETWORK TEST con-
firms you are able to
connect to the Internet.
When the screen tells
you “Test Passed”, you
can click on “Finish”
and begin the hardware
setup.
If any of the tests fail,
check your equipment
and/or accessories for installation errors, other malfunctions or
contact our customer service department.
