gateway address in the
following format:

11. When you are finished,

press the

key.

The screen displays,
“Select OK” and returns
to the menu.

12. Press the

Back

key twice

to save the settings and
return to the main screen.

The screen displays,
“Loading…,” and then
returns to the main
screen.

You have successfully configured the phone to use a static IP
address. Proceed to the

Wireless Configuration

section on

the next page.

Wireless Configuration

The next step in setting up your XJ100 is to configure the
proper wireless settings.

Choosing the ESSID

There are two ways to select the ESSID:

Auto-scan

Manual entry

To determine which method to use, refer to the

Wireless

Settings

section of the checklist on page 3 of this Guide. If

you indicated that the ESSID is broadcast enabled (if you
answered “Yes”), continue with the
