Text runs off the
bottom of the
screen, but
can’t scroll up
or down 1. This issue is called "Focus".
Web pages built with frames can sometimes loose focus.
Move your pointer to the portion of the screen that should
scroll up or down, and press the select button. This will
place the focus onto the frame, and you will be able to
scroll.
Some pictures
do not load. 1. Web pages with very large images, or a lot of small
images push Neon STB memory limitations. Instead, Neon
STB will draws a small icon in its place.
Cannot connect
to the Internet
1. Make sure that you entered the right information in the
Configure box on page 12.
Check the phone line is connected to both the Neon
STB and a telephone outlet.
Check that an extension phone is not in use or the line
will be busy.
Cannot Print 1. Check the list on page 7 to be certain that your printer is
supported, and make sure the setup procedure has been
followed.
2. Check all cables.
