If there is still a problem with your camera after checking it in accordance with the
troubleshooting guide, turn off the power and call your NED representative.
When contacting us with a problem, please inform us of the status of the camera. You can
get the status by
(1) executing the
“sta” command, or
(2) clicking
“Memory Dump” button when using CLISBeeCtrl.
