1.3 Image Sensor

The camera uses

a CCD sensor with a maximum data rate of 25MHz to acquire high

responsivity and superior quality images.

The pixel size is 14

μm x 14μm. It outputs 2098 pixels data through 25MHz.

1.4 Performance Specifications

The Performance Specifications are shown below. Unless otherwise specified, the data

shown is when the camera is operating at the maximum scan rate.
