Basic Configuration Commands
Clock Summer Times
Syntax
Clock summer-time zone_name {absolute / recurring}
HH:MM:SS YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS
Undo clock summer-time zone.
View

Parameter
zone_name
: Name of the summer time, which is a character string of 1 to 32
characters.
absolute
: Only sets the summer time of some year.
recurring
: Sets the summer time of every year starting from some year.
HH:MM:SS
: Time (hour/minute/second).
YYYY/MM/DD
: Date (year/month/day).
Description
Using the
clock summer-time
command, you can set the name, and the
starting and ending time of the summer time. Using the
undo clock summer-
time
command, you can remove the configuration of the summer time.
After the configuration takes effect you can verify it by using the
display clock
command. Beside the time of the log or debug information will be the local time
on which the adjustment of the time zone and summer time has been made.
