Insert the EXPRESSBUILDER CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive, the Master Control
Menu appears on the screen automatically. If the Autorun function is invalid in your
system, run the \MC\1ST.EXE file in the CD-ROM directly. Some items are grayed-
out when the logon user does not have administrator authority, or if the item is not
proper for the system.
