Minitower Repair     6-7

Front Panel Assembly Removal

Remove the front panel assembly per Figure Section 6-6 and the following steps.

1. 

Remove the top cover as previously described.

2. 

Remove the seven front panel screws from inside the top cover (see Figure Sec-
tion 6-6).

3. 

Feed the two lamp and reset cables through the hole in the front of system unit
chassis when removing the front panel assembly.

4. 

Separate the lamps and reset button from the front panel assembly by pulling them
out from their socket in the panel assembly.
