Configuring MotherBoard Jumpers
Caution

Clearing the CMOS data resumes the factory-set configura-
tion data.
■
Do not change any other switch settings. Any change may
cause the server to fail or malfunction.
Warning
Never attempt to disassemble, repair, or alter the server on any
occasion other than described in this manual. Failure to follow
this instruction may cause an electric shock or fire as well as
malfunctions of the server.
To clear the CMOS data in the server:
1.
Power off the server and disconnect the power cord and all the cables
connected on the rear of the server.
2.
Remove the right side door (See “Removing or Installing the Right Side Door”
on page 4).
3.
Remove the jumper from position 2 - 3 on jumper block.
