Push the tabs of the PCI board retention springs one by one to make them

contact with the rear of the server. A click occurs to lock each of the tabs.

Turn on the power of the server. Make sure that no error message appears in the

POST. If an error message appears, write down the message and contact the
maintenance service agent for the maintenance. 

Setting after Installation

Depending on the type of the installed board, some settings of the server must be
modified by using the proper utility (such as the BIOS Setup Utility or the setup utility
installed in the board) after the installation. 

Provide the settings correctly according to the information described in the manual
provided with the board. 

The server scans the PCI bus numbers in the ascending order after the power-on. If the
BIOS utility is stored in the optional ROM mounted on the board, the PCI bus start
messages (banners) appear in the ascending order of the PCI bus numbers.
