1. Installing Internal Optional Devices

Express5800/T120e User’s Guide

Chapter 2 Preparations

5. Connect the FBU control cable (800mm) to the FBU.

Pass the FBU control cable through the cord clamp in accordance with the figure.

6. Connect the FBU control cable to the RAID controller.

Important



When you connect a FBU control cableto a RAID controller, align a black

mark on each connector of the FBU control cable and the RAID

contoroller. If ou connect the cable in wrong direction, there is a risk to

demage parts on the FBU.

1.11.4 Removal

For removing the FBU for the RAID Controller, reverse the installation procedure.
