• Be su re to receive a Warranty G u ide at the time of

Warranty G u ide, confirm information su ch a s the "Shop
name and date of p u rcha s e" and keep it in a s afe place.
If nece ss ary item s are not de s cribed, immediately
contact the s hop of p u rcha s e.
The warranty for free repair i s valid for 1 year abo u t thi s
prod u ct and acce ss orie s , and 6 month s abo u t the
battery pack from the date of p u rcha s e.
• Thi s prod u ct and it s acce ss orie s are su bject to
modification, in part or whole, for improvement witho u t
prior notice.
• Data s aved in yo u r contact s , etc., may be modified or
lo s t d u e to malf u nction, repair or other handling of thi s
prod u ct. Yo u s ho u ld therefore make a copy of yo u r
contact s data, etc., a s a preca u tionary mea su re. If yo u
have thi s prod u ct repaired, mo s t of the previo us ly
downloaded data will not be tran s ferred to the repaired
prod u ct, a s prohibited by the Copyright Act.

For problems with your product
Before req u e s ting repair s , read "Tro u ble s hooting" in thi s
in s tr u ction man u al. If the problem s till per s i s t s , contact
the s hop of p u rcha s e or a Call Center on the Warranty
G u ide, or s ee information on the web s ite.
Note that it may take s ome day s to repair the prod u ct
depending on the malf u nction.
During the warranty period
• Thi s prod u ct i s repaired at no charge u nder the
condition s of the warranty.
• Make su re to bring the warranty for repair.
• Yo u will be charged even d u ring the warranty period if
malf u nction i s ca us ed by the us e of device s and
con su mable s other than tho s e s pecified.
Repair may not be possible in the following
cases:
• When a repair co u nter j u dge s the ca us e of malf u nction
i s expo su re to water (Example: when wet-indication
s ticker react s )
• When, a s a re su lt of in s pection, corro s ion i s fo u nd d u e
to expo su re to water, conden s ation or s weat, or any of
the internal board s are damaged or deformed (damage
to the microUSB connector or LCD or cracked body
co
u ld be the ca s e a s well)
* Since the s e condition s are o u t s ide the s cope of the
warranty, any repair s , if at all po ss ible, will be charged.
After expiration of the warranty
All repair s that are req u e s ted are charged.
The product cannot find or connect to a Bluetooth
enabled device.
• P u t the Bl u etooth enabled device
(commercial) on s tandby and regi s ter it. If
yo u want to delete a regi s tered device and
regi s ter it again a s a new device, yo u m us t
delete the regi s tered device from both the
Bl u etooth enabled device (commercial) and
the prod u ct before yo u regi s ter it again.
