NOTE:
SELECTING
THE
SERVICE
TYPE
WILL
SELECT
A
SPECIFIC
SET
OF
THRESHOLD
SETTINGS
IN
ORDER
TO
PROVIDE
A
PASS
FAIL
INDICATION
FOR
THE
TYPE
OF
SERVICE
BEING
PROVIDED.
Using
the
Arrow
Keys,
select
the
location
the
current
test
is
being
performed.
In
the
example
the
test
is
being
performed
at
the
Central
Office
frame.
NOTE:
SELECTING
THE
LOCATION
WHERE
THE
TEST
IS
BEING
PERFORMED
WILL
SELECT
A
SPECIFIC
SET
OF
THRESHOLD
SETTINGS
IN
ORDER
TO
PROVIDE
A
PASS
FAIL
INDICATION
FOR
THE
LOCATION.
Using
the
Arrow
Keys,
move
the
cursor
to
the
CID:
field
and
enter
in
the
Circuit
ID.
(This
is
typically
the
Telephone
number
of
the
subscriber)
Depress
the
Enter
Key
on
the
NCI
465
to
save
the
information
and
associated
test
results.
Once
the
Enter
Key
is
depressed
the
user
will
be
presented
with
the
following
statistical
information
regarding
the
actual
upstream/downstream
data
rates
and
margin.
