* FABRIC JAM on/off (Option)
When the fabric is rolled up on the roller, the optical sensor senses it and the machine automatically stops.
If this function is on, a letter, “J”, will appear at the bottom of LCD window. On/Off button is Extra 1
(F and J for the models of HTM-3877, 3888 and 5566). It should be off if this option is not available.
An error message can appear on LCD.
* MARK FREE
When the machine temporarily stops while working, this function removes the pressure from the roller,
increases the upper roller, removes the stop mark, and then, strengthens the adhesive strength.
If it is on, F will appear at the bottom of LCD window.
* MARK FREE T (Mark Free Time, Standard: 0.45 sec)
When the machine gets started again after temporary stop in the function of MARK FREE,
pressure is given to the roller. This function is to adjust the delay time until the pressure is given
to the roller. If the number is too big, adhesion can be poor, and if it is too small, this function can’t work.
* SOFT START T (Standard: 0.1)
When the machine gets started again after temporary stop during the work,
the machine slowly turns around and then, goes back to the mode of set speed.
This function controls the time. If the number is too big, the tape can burn.
* FRONT AIR (Standard: 02~04MM)
This function tapes the roller.
Ex) In case it is set at 1mm, wind continuously blows to the roller, and if the roller moves by 1mm,
wind will become off. If the wind keeps blowing, the adhesion of the tape will become poor.
* FEED RevF off/on
If the FEED switch is pressed, the tape will come down as long as the set TL
(tape length) and the reverse will immediately work.
* fAir Impac off/on / fAir Impac T
If the front impact is on, the Front Air function will be changed into the Front Impact function.
Ex) If the knee hold is pressed, the upper roller will come down and air will come out as long as
the set front air time. After the set time, air stops. This function is useful when the heater roller is mounted.
* RLDiam
Set it suitably for the size of the roller used.
Ps) This function is used for correctly cutting the required tape length.
*** Auto Cutting mode (option)
This function automatically checks the length and cuts the tape as long as the length of each step.
If MENU +AUTO ST is pressed shortly, the Auto Cutting Set mode will be in.
There are step 1~20. Put the tape length into step 1 (Press MENU shortly, and step 1 will flicker.
Press AUTO ST button s/w, and the number will go up. Press M and F buttons, and the number will be smaller.
Or do the seam sealing work as long as the working length and press MENU,
and the tape will be automatically input as long as the length. It is possible to enter for step 1 through 20.)
After the input is completed, press the Start foothold. And the tape will be supplied as long as the length
of step 1 and the tape will be automatically cut as long as the set. This function is to maximize daily work
production and to minimize inefficient tape consumption.
