1. MENU (M)
① Gently press the button. then, an arrow(←)mark display on the LCD & a setting mode is ready
② Then, use KNIFE (▲) & FEED (▼) to make a move
③ If the button is pressed again under the setting mode, a cursor moves from an arrow mark to a
number section. then, the number section flickers on the screen
④ Use KNIFE (▲) & FEED (▼) & choose a number
⑤ If menu button is pressed again, a cursor moves back to the arrow mark from the number section
⑥ Release the button and repress and hold it. then a page goes back to HOME.
2. KNIFE (▲)
① Under HOME page, if the button is slightly pressed, tape cutting function tuens ON.
If the button is pressed and held, a tape is cut and released to the roller
② Under a setting mode, if an arrow (←) mark is displayed on the LCD,
the menus are moved to the top.
③ Under a menu page, if a cursor flickers on a number section, the figures are rounded up.
3. FEED (▼)
① Under HOME page, a tape feed roller on the knife side moves to the top and bottom
whenever the button is pressed (used to replace a tape).
② Under HOME page, if the button is pressed and held, a tape is released to the roller.
③ Under a setting mode, if an arrow (←) mark is displayed on the LCD, the menus are moved
to the bottom.
④ Under a menu page, if a cursor flickers on a number section, the figures are rounded down.
4. DIR ( )
① As a roller conversion switch, if upper roller is upward, it’s reversed.
② If a textile is rolled up during operation, set the upper roller upward and select REVERSE
with this switch. After that, hit the footing. Then, a roller goes into reverse
and releases the textile
③ If AUTO ST mode is “A,” however, it should be switched to “M”
(NOT available under AUTO mode)
5. AUTO ST
① If “A” is displayed on the LCD, it’s AUTO mode that the system can be operated
without using Upper Roller UP/DOWN switch (Knee S/W). In order to raise the descended
Upper Roller, Upper Roller Up/Down switch (Knee S/W) should be used.
* Function convenient and efficient enough to increase productivity fast
② If “M” is displayed on the LCD, it’s MANUAL mode that the system is operated using
Upper Roller Down switch
③ In order to start the operation, hit the footing. Then, Upper Roller comes down.
④ To continue the operation, hit and hold the footing. Then, nozzle and roller move.
