RELAY OPERATION
Relays can be programmed via
SETTINGS/Relays
, each relay can be connected to any of the four tanks (multiple relays can be
connected to same tank), and can preform various outputs depending on parameters.
Current relay status is indicated by four relay status lights located on front panel, light is turned on when relay is closed.
Upper most relay status light indicates state of relay 1, second relay 2, third relay 3 and bottom most represents relay 4.
Each relay can operate in 5 different modes:
Off
– Relay is constantly switched off
HI
–
This mode operates with “Alarm level” parameter. Relay will become active, once measured level is greater or equal to “Alarm
level” parameter, once measured level falls below “Alarm level”, relay will deactivate.
LO
–
This mode is opposite of HI mode, relay will become active, once measured level is less or equal to “Alarm level”, once measured
level is greater than “Alarm level” relay will deactivate.
Pump in
–
In this mode additional parameters “Pump HI level” and
“Pump LO level” must be set.
Relay will become active once measured level is less or equal to
“Pump LO level” and will remain active until measured level is equal or
greater than “Pump HI level”, at which relay will deactivate.
When relay is operating in this mode “Alarm” setting is not used
and relay operation will not trigger light or sound alarm.

Pump out

In this mode additional parameters “Pump HI level” and
“Pump LO level” must be set.
Relay will become active once measured level is greater or equal to
“Pump HI level” and will remain active until measured level is less or equal
to “Pump LO level”, at which relay will deactivate.
When relay is operating in this mode “Alarm” setting is not used
and relay operation will not trigger light or sound alarm.

Relay outp
ut can be inverted by selecting N/C (Normally Closed) relay “Type”.
Relay modes “HI” and “LO” support “Alarm” option, if this parameter is set to “On”, relay activation will cause light and sound alarm to
be triggered.
Warning: Use relay outputs according to relay specifications to prevent device damage!
ALARMS
Alarms are signalized via buzzer for sound signal and two lights on top of the front panel of the receiver.
Red (left) alarm light and sound signal will activate when user set alarm
condition is met, conditions can be programmed in “Relays”
sub-
menu, refer to chapter “SETTINGS/Relays”. This alarm can be disabled by setting parameter “SETTINGS/Relays/Alarm” to off.
Please note setting “SETTINGS/Relays/Mode/Pump in(out)” do not support alarms.
Yellow (left) alarm light and sound signal will activate when any of the “internal alarms” are triggered. These alarms can not be
disabled.
INTERNAL ALARMS

Measurement error: when measurement error occurs - measurements are out of bounds.
•
Sensor error: sensor has detected error during measurement, please refer to sensor manual for troubleshooting.
ENABLING/DISABLING ALARM
Sound alarm can be muted/un-muted by holding UP button for more than 2 seconds while not in settings menu, crossed bell icon will
appear on all main screens while alarms are muted. Sound alarm is also un-muted when device is restarted.
Alarm function can be disabled altogether for each relay, f
or relay alarm settings refer to chapter “RELAY OPERATION”.
Internal alarms light can
not
be disabled, however sound can still be muted.
4-20 MA OUTPUT (LW410XW/D AND LW410XL/D MODELS)
Outputs are connected to tank 1 and tank 2 as marked on relay board label.
20 mA is driven by level percentage linearly between 4 mA (empty tank
– 0 %) and 20 mA (full tank – 100 %).
If tank is in error state 3.6 mA is outputted.
Please note that voltage output is equal to receiver supply voltage.
