SCA generator input
Dual internal SCA generators can be interfaced via the
ANALOG AUDIO/SCA3/IPPS
D-sub
connector (A1J5B) [SCA1 (+ on pin 4, - on pin 8), SCA2 (+ on pin 2, - on pin 7) and shield on pin 3].
The input impedance is 600
Ω
and the adjustment range is 0 to +12 dBu.
NOTE:
Transmitters are factory set for a 1.24 V rms (4.7 dBu) SCA generator input level.
The SCA generator 1 and analog left inputs use the same connection point and cannot be used
at the same time. Similarly, the SCA generator 2 and analog right inputs use the same
connection point and cannot be used at the same time.
