In the Input section of the dialog window, select one of the import options:

Here you can import all Banks of an MPC Program. Each
Bank will be loaded into a separate Group.

If you only want to import a single Bank choose this option.
Use the dropdown menu to the right to select which Bank
you want to import.

Click OK to start the import procedure.
