Which digital lines are unavailable on the E/M Series DAQ device if I 
am cabled to an SCXI-1502 module?

Table C-1 shows the digital lines that are used by the SCXI-1502 for 
communication and scanning. These lines are unavailable for 
general-purpose digital I/O if the SCXI-1502 is connected to the 
E/M Series DAQ device.

In LabVIEW, can I programmatically change my SCXI-1502 
NI-DAQmx Task or Global Channel settings?

Yes. You can use NI-DAQmx property nodes to programmatically change 
these settings.

Is a register-level programming manual available for the SCXI-1502?

NI does not support register-level programming for the SCXI-1502.

What is the power-on state of the SCXI-1502 multiplexer, analog bus 
switches, and configuration settings?

The multiplexer, analog bus switches, and configuration settings are not 
in a known state immediately after power on. All hardware settings are
