NI LabVIEW SignalExpress Limited Edition
NI-DMM 2.7 and later includes a stand-alone, evaluation version of NI LabVIEW SignalExpress that
allows you to quickly configure your NI hardware to acquire, generate or perform hardware comparison
using your DMM. LabVIEW SignalExpress LE gives you a 30-day trial of the Full Edition of LabVIEW
SignalExpress. After that period, you must activate your version of LabVIEW SignalExpress LE, which
is free, or purchase the Full Edition. If you activate your version of LabVIEW SignalExpress LE before
your 30-day trial of the Full Edition is complete, the full features are still available for the remainder
of your 30-day trial.
NI-DMM Instrument Driver
NI-DMM features a set of operations and attributes that exercise all the functionality of the DMM,
including configuration, control, and other module-specific functions. NI-DMM controls all NI digital
multimeters.

NI-DMM Examples
The NI-DMM examples are instructional tools that demonstrate some of the functionality of the DMMs
you can use or integrate into your systems. NI-DMM includes examples covering single point
measurements, multipoint measurements, triggering, waveform acquisitions (NI 407
x
only), and
performance (NI 407
x
only).
Tip
For best accuracy, NI 407
x
users should run the Self-Cal example after the DMM has been
installed and has warmed up.
