“Pin code (digits from 0 to 9)”
If this message appears, it means that you previously selected a pin code in
the Security setting. Just enter your selected pin code. If you have forgotten
it, try these codes: 1234, 4683, 3598 or 7169.
“Filter test in progress”
A filter test is carried out every 72 hours of operation (around 3:00 p.m.).
When you open the front cover, EOLIS Air Manager conducts a quick filter
test to analyse their status of wear.
“Plan to change filters”
Your filters are reaching saturation (80%) and must be changed quickly
(think about ordering filters in advance from your dealer).
“Purifier OFF. Pending filter change”
Your filters are 100% saturated, and the unit will resume operation when
you have changed the filters.
“Door open”
If the front cover/door of the device is not shut correctly, the unit will not
operate correctly. Make sure to close the cover correctly.
“Cover open. New filter?”
When you open the front cover, your air purifier may ask you if you have
changed the filter. If so, you can confirm, and if not, press on the cross.
“Cover open. Sensor cleaning?”
When you open the front cover, your air purifier may ask you if you have
cleaned the sensors (only if sensor cleaning was required). If so, you can
confirm, and if not, press on the cross.
“Pending filter change”
Your unit needs new filters to operate correctly. Change the filters and turn
the unit back on.
“Clean sensors”
the PM2.5 and VOC sensors require regular maintenance (see p.24)
“Activate photocatalysis”
If VOC levels are abnormally high, EOLIS Air Manager will tell you to acti-
vate photocatalysis to reduce VOC levels present in the air.
“Purifier too small or local airtight-
ness problem”
If this message appears in Errors, your air purifier might be too small for
your room’s surface area. Also make sure that no exterior doors or windows
are open.
“Ozone treatment for 1 hour
Leave the room
Starting in 30s”
When you activate OZONE Mode 2, you must leave the room for 1 hour.
Once mode 2 is activated, you have 30 seconds to leave the room.

plugged in or contact your dealer.
“Pressure sensor out of order”
If this message appears in the Errors category, make sure your unit is
plugged in or contact your dealer.
“Smart noise activated”
(Only in ACtIVE mode)
EOLIS Air Manager has detected a high level of pollution. If after 30 min-
utes, the level of pollution remains, your air purifier will go down to a lower
speed to not be too loud, and then will operate at a higher speed again when
required by the air quality.
- Make sure that the doors and windows of your home are closed correctly
- Make sure that your device is not too small (placed in a room larger than
one it can purify)
“Ventilator jammed or no filer”
If the filter is missing, put it back in the unit. If the filter is in the unit, please
contact your dealer.
“UV lamp out of order”
this message appears when one or both UV lamps are no longer working.
Simply replace the defective lamp(s).
