The PBX or other Multi-Line telephone system should now be  programmed to
TRANSFER  the  DOOR  PHONE  call  to  the  desired  destination  (‘HOT  DIAL’)
once  an  OFF  HOOK  condition  is  detected  on  the  extension  to  which  the  DS5
Controller is connected.

This should be done by a suitably qualified telephone technician that is familiar with
programming your system to ‘HOT DIAL’.

The DS5 Controller will automatically terminate the connection at the end of the call.
See page 17 for further detail.

Please refer to the separate User Guide supplied with your Door Phone, to

obtain important information.
