UNABLE TO SEND MESSAGES TO
EXTERNAL STORAGE
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
1. Test the dongle and connection to the computer
2. Dongle is defective.
3.The connected ram reader is defective.
4. The memory stick(MicroSD) is defective.
5. Cable connected to the printer to send data is
damaged.
THE LED BEHIND THE PRINTER
FLASHES CONTINUOUSLY
In this case, the memory stick does not contain a
message (the type of error in the message is
visible).
1. The memory stick is problematic and should be
formatted and retrieved message on it.
2. The memory stick should be Class 6 so that the
printer can read the message.
3. The printer requests a serial cartridge and send
a serial cartridge to it (the type of error is visible in
the message print).
THE LED OF THE PRINTER DOES
NOT BLINK WHEN THE PRINTER
IS TURNED ON
The printer's battery has low power and should be
charged.
