DESCRIPTION
Use of the machine
The professional machine you are using is suitable for making
granitas, slushies and cold beverages. If used with dairy-
based products and/or when envisaged by law in according
to the type of product used, it must be equipped with the
optional extra of a “temperature gauge” for the product in
the bowl. It is also obligatory to comply with the current
regulations and standards concerning the products used.
2.1. Main components
The main components making up the machine are:

Slushy 1
