finish framing - after appliance installation
11.0 finish framing
- after appliance installation
Appliances can be built in with combustible framing and finishing unless stated.
There are various methods to ventilate the enclosure. Refer to “Dynamic Heat Control™” and “installation
planning” sections.
The appliance must be installed at this point of framing. Appliance is not shown to better illustrate finish framing.

Option 2 illustrated (appliance not shown)
Finish framing
must
be built after
appliance has been placed in its final
position and venting connected.
note:
* ONLY APPLICABLE TO OPTION 2 AND 3 - Opening
must
be centered in enclosure on appliance. Dimensions represent
finished sizes and where applicable should be adjusted to include finish material thickness.
**Max. 21” (53.5cm).
The LVX series requires a minimum
enclosure height, as illustrated (dimen-
sion L), measured from the bottom
of the appliance. For temperature
requirements, this area must be left
unobstructed. Some venting con-
figurations that require more vertical
rise will require a larger enclosure to
provide minimum vertical clearance
between vent pipes and combustibles.
